2008 started with Michael being cast as the on screen fight coordinator for two international reality television shows. The two shows featured a dozen models from the US as well as the ten Chinese finalists of "Ford Supermodel of the World Competition 2008".
This was followed in quick succession with a series of international commercials as well as print modeling work.
Michael recently completed the filming of Disarmed, the action film starring Steven Bauer, Rez Cortez and Marie Lanoy in May of 2008. Disarmed recently premiered in LA and was nominated for 7 awards at the Action on Film festival.
Following the completion of Disarmed, Michael was cast in the feature film called Victim of Circumstance. This was his 3rd time working on camera for Bigfoot Entertainment.
By mid 2009 Michael had just finished his role in the international Vietnam War movie called My Lai Four. This film is based on the Pulitzer Prize winning book by Seymour Hersh of the same name. My Lai Four will be premiering at the 2009 American Film Market in Santa Monica, CA this November.
As of October 2009 Michael just wrapped production on the Discovery Channel show called I Shouldn't Be Alive. This is one of the most popular shows in the history of the network and will be seen by millions across the globe sometime in 2010.
Finally, his most exciting project to date is a film that he wrote and will star in, based on his own experiences while living in Thailand as a kickboxer and entrepreneur. It will begin filming in 2010 but be sure to catch us at Sundance 2010 for a sneak preview of the film, tentatively titled King's Pardon.
